User Agreement

By creating an account you accept this agreement, the Game Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

You must be old enough to consent to an online service where you live. If you are under that age, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

What the service is

A free, browser-based game. It is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available at any particular moment, keep any particular feature, or be free of faults.

This is a non-commercial fan project. See the Legal Notice for the intellectual property position, which is the more important document of the two.

Your account

Your account belongs to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the Game Rules.

You may delete your account at any time. What that does, precisely, is described in the Privacy Policy — read it before you use it, because deletion cannot be undone.

Virtual items

Everything inside the game — Pokemon, items, currency, badges, progress — is part of the service and not property. It has no real-world value, it is not a financial instrument, and it cannot be exchanged for money.

We may change, remove or reset any of it, including for balance reasons or to correct a bug or an exploit.

Nothing in the game is currently for sale. If that changes, this section will be updated before anything is offered, and anything you buy would be a licence to use it inside the game rather than a purchase of property.

What you may not do

The Game Rules are the detailed list. In summary: do not automate play, exploit bugs, trade for real money, harass people, or attack the service.

You also may not copy the site's content wholesale, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or present it as your own.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost time, or any indirect loss arising from using it.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

We may change this agreement. Material changes are announced in the game and on this site, and you will be asked to accept the new version. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
