The short version
Two cookies are required for the site to work at all. Everything else is optional and off until you say otherwise.
Strictly necessary

These cannot be turned off, because turning them off means turning off signing in. They are not used for tracking and are not shared.
Optional
Google Analytics — how many people visit, which pages, and roughly where from. It sets cookies and it does not run until you accept. Refusing costs you nothing; we simply learn less about which pages are useful.
You can change your answer at any time, and refusing is remembered so you are not asked repeatedly.
Not cookies, but worth stating
Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check on the registration and contact forms, is deliberately cookieless. It was chosen over the alternatives partly for that reason: it means the sign-up form is never blocked behind a consent banner.
Local storage holds small preferences — your language, the state of a collapsed panel — in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.
Managing them
Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. Blocking the necessary ones will stop you signing in; that is not a fault, it is what those cookies do.
